48 Heures
1980 - 20 mins

Directed by: Frédéric Demont
DP/camera 16mm by: Alberto Engeli

It was my first feature shot in 16mm

A day in the life of Frank, a young 23 year old looking for Psylvia, a girl perhaps nonexistent.
Lost in the big city without love or happiness, walking aimlessly through the narrow streets and slums, where he encounters strange people.
But Psylvia's obsession leads him to madness and to is degradation.

Without dialogue, off with only music, "48 Heures" could be the affirmation of Frank's failure and the other "lost souls" without love, in search of the truth of their existence.
